The Opportunity
As one of the only CPG companies to be headquartered in Canada, a marketing career at Maple Leaf Foods (MLF) offers the chance to develop strategies and act as the general manager of a business unit. The Marketing Associate will manage a portfolio within the Wieners & Sausage business unit, collaborate with a senior marketing leader, and map out category strategy.
Compensation
$69,000 – 104,000 CAD base pay annually plus annual short‑term incentive.
Responsibilities
- Help build category strategies and work with your manager to develop and launch multi‑year plans that deliver category growth and differentiate MLF from competitors.
- Consistently leverage data and develop insights from Nielsen and internal sources to provide category share and financial reporting and analysis.
