Marketing Coordinator-Events

We are looking for an Events Coordinator to help execute marketing projects and event programs that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our goals.

Location: Etobicoke office (hybrid model). Reporting relationship: Manager, Corporate Events & Sponsorships.

Salary range: $48,000 – $67,000 (annual). Variable or discretionary incentive components may apply.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, industry conferences, sponsorship activations, and internal events (e.g., National Sales Conference).
• Support Moneris’ charitable partners through the coordination of corporate volunteer days, in‑kind gifting, and sponsorship activations.
• Support event logistics including venue selection, registration management, vendor coordination, shipping, and on‑site set‑up.
