Key Responsibilities

Campaign delivery leadership

• Provide embedded delivery leadership alongside program owners, partnering with Product Marketing Specialists and Managers across active campaigns
• Participate in intake and planning discussions to pressure-test scope, dependencies and timelines, ensuring delivery plans are realistic and executable
• Remain continuously engaged through execution to ensure agreed plans are carried through to launch

Active, day-to-day delivery management

• Develop and own detailed workback schedules, task assignments and approval workflows in Asana, ensuring accurate and timely updates
• Actively drive progress by following up on tasks, deliverables and approvals, to maintain momentum, to keep stakeholders informed and accountable
