Job Summary

As a Buyer, you will maintain procurement of materials, serve as the main point of contact between suppliers and operations, create and acknowledge purchase orders, manage information accuracy, and ensure timely invoice payment. Your contributions will impact production efficiency and supplier relationships.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Analyze 3‑month material needs, identify supply risk, expedite and communicate to operations and sourcing.
• Follow up open POs according to need dates or supplier promise dates; monitor shipment progress and cross‑border entry of receipt.
• Convert material requisitions into purchase orders.
• Communicate delivery dates and supplier PO knowledge.
