Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Our client, a company that has over 50 years of experience and is Canada’s leading manufacturer and distributor of concrete accessories, is looking for a forklift operator with shipping / receiving experience and customer service experience to join their team!

This is a full time, temporary to hire job opportunity!

You’ll be performing the following duties:
– Pick and pack goods
– Develop shipping labels and documents
– Ensure that all orders have been picked and packed correctly.
– Loading and unloading shipments
– Preparing and stacking skids
– Sorting freight and verifying goods received

Requirements:
– Physically able to lift up to 50lbs.
– Customer service oriented with good communications skills.
– Experience in the construction industry would be an asset.
– Valid class 1,4,5 forklift ticket

Pay rate:
– $20/hour
– Weekly pay every Friday
