Materials & Logistics Manager

• Own end-to-end materials management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.


• Ensure material availability and accurate inventory to prevent production line stoppages.


• Lead inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, shipping, and transportation coordination.


• Manage import and export processes in full compliance with trade regulations and documentation.


• Drive production planning (MPS/MRP) in close coordination with production, purchasing, and quality teams.


• Ensure data accuracy and effective execution within SAP (MM, WM, PP).


• Stabilize and rebuild the team by establishing structure, discipline, and clear performance expectations.


• Track and improve key KPIs such as inventory accuracy, OTIF, material flow, and warehouse productivity.
