Materials Planning and Logistics (Zacoalco de Torres)

Provide effective leadership and administration of 3PL, acting like principal liaison between Molex Logistics and materials; also, as principal owner of inbound /outbound / Warehouse areas (receive and ship areas at Molex GUAD2) to obtain optimum efficiency and economy in the operation. Achieve unit, divisional and company goals set forth each year in the business planning process by performing the following duties and responsibilities directly or through delegation.

This position interacts on a regular basis with 3PL, also both internal and external individuals at many levels of the organization - peers, professional and direct labor levels - at Molex and suppliers. (Product Engineering, Product Marketing, Manufacturing Services, Quality, Other Production Plant Personnel, Suppliers, Procurement, Finance).
