Role Description
Shape the future of construction toys at Mattel in Montreal as a Product Designer. Your innovative ideas will turn into captivating building experiences for children around the globe.
In this role, you'll report to the Manager of Product Design, engaging in the full development cycle of construction toys. You will utilize your 3 to 5 years of relevant design experience to create sketches, build prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure vision alignment and product success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ideate and sketch new construction toy concepts
• Develop detailed technical specifications for products
• Create mock-ups and conduct 3D analysis
• Collaborate with Engineers and Brand Managers
• Prepare engaging presentation materials for stakeholders
Requirements:
• DEC or Bachelor’s in industrial design or similar
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in design
