Engage with customers by understanding their specific needs and recommending the best gear. You will play a key role in a supportive team, helping promote an inclusive atmosphere while staying on top of product knowledge and store upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist members in selecting appropriate gear and equipment
• Engage in discussions to understand member needs better
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations
• Participate in keeping the store well maintained
• Organize inventory and prepare products for the members
