Mechanical Design Engineer – Transmission Solenoids

Within Mobility Solutions, Bosch develops advanced transmission technologies, including variable-force and proportional solenoids for automatic, CVT, and DCT transmissions.
This on-site position is located at Bosch San Luis Potosí, with a functional connection to the BGSW Guadalajara engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support mechanical design of transmission solenoids and subcomponents, including housings, armatures, springs, and mechanical interfaces.
Create and update 3D CAD models and 2D drawings according to Bosch standards.
Support translation of system and customer requirements into mechanical design features and specifications.
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation such as drawings, BOMs, tolerance analyses, and design changes in the PLM system.
