Mechanical Engineer - Water

Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to develop data sheets, specifications for mechanical equipment, material requisitions and technical evaluations of tenders with minimal supervision. The Mechanical Engineer will have extensive knowledge of water equipment suppliers. The mechanical engineer will interact and participate in meetings regularly with other Bechtel offices, mainly those in Houston and New Delhi. Interaction and meetings with other Bechtel offices are conducted in English.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.
