We are seeking a driven Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast‑paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for supervising unionized trades personnel and coordinating external contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance. You will play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, controlling maintenance costs, and supporting overall production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a unionized maintenance team and contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, holding team members accountable to established standards
- Coordinate and execute preventive and routine maintenance activities in collaboration with operations and planning teams
