About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Attend project meetings, conferences, corporate events, and training as required.
- Collaborate with VDC and Fab Shop teams.
- Coordinate vacation with site teams to ensure there is no overlap.
- Pre construction – tag & hold.
- Find and develop team members’ qualities and skills to find the best suited position to maximize their abilities.
- Maintain consistent open communication with Site Supervisors and ensure quality work by doing regular site visits.
