Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily MRP services between 0700 and 2200
• Facilitate discharge planning and inter-facility transfers
• Address urgent calls during designated hours
• Evaluate a wide range of medical issues across age groups
• Provide support for community healthcare professionals
