Fast paced multi‑specialty clinic looking for a friendly Patient Care Coordinator with experience working as a Medical Doctor in Colombia. Must be bilingual and speak fluent English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patients
- Call patients to confirm appointments
- Data entry
- Interview patients
- Answer phones, scan and upload documents
- Manage and update the schedule
- Schedule future appointments
- Verify patient information
- Send imaging orders and referrals
- Interact with patients in an appropriate and professional manner
- Assume all other duties as assigned
- Work on Saturdays
Skills
