Role Description
JOB DETAILS
Responsible for successful coordination of simple/ complex multiple MEP projects across multiple locations including client interaction, conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation ad construction services.
Fair knowledge and expertise in building services - HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire
Fighting, Security & Surveillance Systems, and the Building Management system etc.,
Review of MEP drawings, details and specifications, and preparation of high-level cost estimation basis the drawings and specifications.
Where required prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific onsite construction and coordination issues.
Manage and coordinate the designs of Architects, MEP, Structural or other specialized consultants, overseeing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation till the project close...
