We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Vancouver for the Fall 2026 term. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

• Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization‑specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, and compensation and rewards trends.
