**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5years of experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), with at least 2 years in an architecture role.
- Significant experience in automotive or discrete manufacturing sectors.
- Strong expertise in.NET, SQL, PL/SQL, and Java for MES development and integration.
- Proven track record of managing AMS teams and handling complex SLA management with customers.
**Technical Skills**:
- Extensive experience in MES architecture and design.
- Deep knowledge of production processes, quality management, shop floor control, and supply chain integration.
