Microsoft Dynamics 365 POS – Technical Specialist

Job Summary,

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 POS Technical Specialist is responsible for end-to-end mgmt, deployment, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS solutions across pan-India retail stores. The role ensures seamless POS operations, system stability, regulatory readiness and high system availability to support daily store operations in a high-volume retail environment.

• Dynamics 365 POS & Store Operations
• Configure and manage new store creation for multiple retail locations across India.
• Install, configure, and support Cloud POS (CPOS) and Modern POS (MPOS) for stores, kiosks, and back-office operations.
• Perform store-level POS configuration, including layouts, hardware profiles, tax parameters, and operational settings.
