Role Description

Benalla Health has two vacancies for midwives.This is a chance to further your midwifery career in country Victoria, only a two hours from Melbourne.

The hospital offers:

  • Ongoing edducation

  • Visa sponsorship if required

  • Accept overseas Midwives how can work 6 months on a working holiday visa

  • Accommodation provided on arrival

    • Essential requirements:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia OR have applied for registration

  • A minimum of 12 months post graduate midwifery experience

    • Their maternity unit is located adjacent to the acute ward.
    It has three fully contained birthing suites where mothers are admitted and usually remain for the duration of their
    stay.
