**Education:**
University Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
**Experience:**
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a technical field and in positions of a similar nature, or 4 years of experience in the medical device industry.
**Specialized Knowledge (Preferred):**
+ Project management (essential)
+ Statistical management / Six Sigma (preferred)
+ Lean manufacturing (preferred)
+ Simulation (preferred)
+ Quality standards (ISO, FDA)
+ Financial analysis (preferred)
+ SolidWorks
**Languages Required (Preferred):**
+ Spanish – Advanced
+ English – Advanced
**Computer Tools and Required Level of Knowledge:**
+ Microsoft Office – Advanced
