Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Molding Engineer located in Tijuana, Mexico.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Molding Engineer role involves.
What a typical day looks like:
Develop injection molding processes using proven scientific methodologies.
Validate injection mold and work cell through IQ, OQ, PQ validation process.
Document in detail, molding process, mold set up, work cell layout, and troubleshooting information for each job that is validated.
Participate in project meetings in order to keep project on track until completion of validation into production.
Support current production needs for trouble shooting and process improvement.
