Role Description
Manulife is looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual to support the growth of our commercial real estate lending business. The Analyst, Commercial Real Estate Finance Group is responsible for assessing, evaluating, and analyzing investment proposals to prepare recommendations on a variety of commercial mortgage transactions in the British Columbia region.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist senior team members in analyzing and providing written recommendations on investment proposals requiring approval in accordance with Manulife’s Lending Guidelines and investment criteria.
Transactions to include conventional mortgages across asset classes and syndicated transactions.
Assist in the collection and review of vital due diligence items and the presentation of investment proposals within required timelines.
