Responsibilities

• Manage the full journey of new mortgage acquisition from lead to funding.
• Focus exclusively on new-to-bank mortgages, including purchase transactions, switches from other financial institutions, and new Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients selecting Tangerine for their home‑buying needs, guiding them through the end‑to‑end mortgage journey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships by following disciplined sales‑development activities to deliver an exemplary mortgage advisory experience.
• Initiate client conversations with open‑ended questions to uncover and validate the client’s goals and objectives.
• Present tailored mortgage options and provide clear recommendations based on deep subject matter expertise.
