Your daily activities will include leading the Mountain Bike Trail Crew in safety, planning, building, and maintaining trail structures and features to company and industry standards.The Lead Hand position offers the unique opportunity to subject the Sun Peaks Bike Park guests to a safe, positive, enjoyable, and memorable riding experience.Working as a Trail Crew Lead Hand, you will be part of a team that loves to ride and wants to share the love of Mountain Biking with others. Compensation Information: $22.45 per hour (this updated wage is effective May 01, 2026)

Physical Requirement: Heavy; work activities involve handling loads up to 35kg; predominantly in an outdoor setting.
