Musculoskeletal physician/Pain Management focus

Practice Scope And Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and diagnoses.
• Administer trigger point injections, nerve blocks, prolotherapy, PRP,and Botox for migraines with precision and care. (Ultrasound guided injection training strongly preferred).
• May help supervise subcutaneous lidocaine program treatments which are delivered by an R.N.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and multidisciplinary team.
• Provide education to patients on pain management strategies and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications

• Medical degree
• Residency and/or fellowship training in Family Medicine, Sport medicine or Pain management.
• Proven expertise in trigger point, injections, nerve blocks, prolotherapy, PRP, and Botox for migraines.
