NAFTA LOGISTICS DIRECTOR

Tasks:

Develop the required organisation to support business vision and long-term goals.
-Propose Logistics Organization Best Practices and Lessons Learnt, ensuring know how capitalization and implementation
-Building North America Corporate Logistics budgets, support and validate Plant Materials budget process, follow up related KPI target’s achievement.

Central Material Planning:
-Leading team of the CMP and coordinate activities to ensure the adequate stock level are maintained and material planning releases according to the company needs and customer requirements 
-Define improvement plan by monitoring process: Plant KPI (Inventory value, stock accuracy , OTD, obsolescence level , JNI ) 
-Drive implementation of the tools defined based on GAP analysis 
-Organize and promote continuous Improvement
