National EV Sales Director: Growth & Partnerships

BYD PERÚ is seeking a strategic Sales Director (Passenger Vehicles) to spearhead the commercial strategy and market expansion in Lima, Peru. This role involves driving sales growth, enhancing dealer performance, and supporting EV adoption in corporate and governmental sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree related to the automotive field and extensive experience—between 6 and 10 years—in automotive sales and business development. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
