Support patients at the Pamela & Paul Austin Centre as a Registered Nurse in Ambulatory Services, specializing in neurodegenerative conditions. This full-time, temporary role supports a collaborative, outpatient healthcare setting.
In this dynamic position, you'll provide care primarily for clients within the Sam & Ida Ross Memory Clinic and the Virtual Behavioural Medicine program. Collaborating with an interprofessional team, you will engage in comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions for patients struggling with memory disorders and dementia. The role also includes mentoring opportunities for aspiring nurses.
