- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing New Vehicle Sales Team
- Drive sales performance while maintaining a customer-first culture
- Lead daily sales activities, performance management, and accountability
- Monitor and improve dealership KPIs, conversion metrics, and profitability
- Oversee inventory strategy, merchandising, pricing, and vehicle presentation
- Support digital retailing initiatives and online sales performance
