Role Description
**Role Purpose**
The Market Sales Director is a regionally based position whose primary goal is providing sales assistance and direction for new, converted and NHOP hotels across all market segments to include: project coordination, liaison with internal departments, prospecting for and facilitation of sales opportunities from key accounts and local market accounts, generating and tracking results of opportunities sourced to new hotels, compilation of internal and external sales reports, and serving as a liaison with clients and hotels.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Act as the primary point of contact to support all Commercial processes related to future hotel openings, a select portfolio openings or transitions, and the team in development/execution of projects to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of hotel openings to ensure hotels open on time in accordance to the brand.
