Role Description
Become a crucial part of Canada Cartage as a Night Dispatcher in Winnipeg. Support drivers, track activities, and ensure smooth operations during night shifts.
In this role, you will work on a 12 to 18 month contract, assisting driver inquiries while ensuring all relevant information is provided for successful trips. Utilizing tools like Back Office and XRS, you will monitor activities and fulfill requests from senior planners. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and support all driver inquiries promptly
• Utilize Back Office and XRS for tracking
• Complete daily add-ons as directed by planners
• Ensure Trip Sheets and A1 updates are accurate
• Respond timely to customer service requests
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of dispatch experience
• High school diploma required
• Experience in the trucking industry essential
