NOM Certification Spare Parts Sr. Analyst

Ensure the correct classification and regulatory compliance of imported spare parts under Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) and any other non-tariff regulation as well as support a compliant and smooth import operation for spare parts. This includes interpreting technical specifications, supporting assigning accurate Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes, and fulfilling all regulatory requirements to prevent non-compliance and avoid import delays due to NOMs topics

Day to day (main tasks):

• Identify the NOMs and any other non-tariff regulation applicable to imported spare parts based on their characteristics and intended use. Ensure each imported part meets the requirements established by Mexican regulations. Review labels, documentation, and certification necessary for import approval.
