As a Powder Coating Team Lead, you will be critical to managing a small team and ensuring seamless production flow. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, working from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Excel in training while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: • Train new associates on equipment usage and safety • Oversee production to achieve weekly goals • Ensure high-quality standards with low reject rates • Plan and assign daily work instructions • Manage logistics and inventory controls
