As a Sports Specialist, you will oversee and facilitate Child, Youth, and Family programs, alongside Adult Recreational Sports. This role involves direct coaching, program administration, and member interaction, ensuring safety and inclusivity. Collaborating with other staff, you'll continuously enhance program effectiveness and community participation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead various Child, Youth, and Adult Sports programs
• Ensure safe and inclusive environments for all participants
• Coach, mentor, and develop skills in sports teams
• Monitor program performance and foster community partnerships
• Manage logistical aspects of sports events and leagues
