Your role will include timely processing of leases and managing operational financial communications, making a significant impact on service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage accurate monthly rent rolls
• Ensure financial reports reflect correct rent charges
• Process new leases, renewals, and terminations
• Coordinate AR reporting and collection efforts
• Assist in budget variance analysis related to revenue
Requirements:
• University degree or College diploma in finance
• Relevant property revenue experience is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
