Npi Manager (Opto)

Your Position Molex is seeking an NPI Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the Connectivity and Optoelectronics business.
In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products, from development through to full-scale production.
You will also be accountable for the project's financial performance (P identify root causes using structured problem‐solving tools (8D, DOE, FMEA, SPC).
Work with reliability engineering to ensure modules meet Telcordia/GR‐468, IEEE, and internal qualification standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, increase throughput, and improve yield stability.
Oversee creation and release of manufacturing documentation (BOMs, travelers, work instructions, test limits).
Ensure compliance with internal quality systems (ISO****, TL****) and customer-specific requirements.
