Nurse Practitioner MRP (Fulltime, ongoing contract)

The Nurse Practitioner (NP – MRP) will be the primary care provider to an individual panel of patients and function as a member of the broader primary care team providing accessible and essential primary health care services in the Thames Valley Family Health Team (TVFHT). The NP provides services to patients who include the individual, the family, and the community, throughout their life span with a strong emphasis on health promotion, patient education and disease prevention.

Requirements

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Work to full scope including ability to prescribe controlled substances as authorized by CNO without restrictions
• 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
