Join peopleCare Communities as a Registered Practical Nurse in our new long-term care facility in Tillsonburg. This role offers a chance to provide essential care in a thriving community.
In this full-time position, you will be part of peopleCare's dedicated nursing team. You'll report to the Director of Care, assisting residents with daily activities and monitoring health conditions. Interactions with fellow healthcare professionals will help foster rich care plans tailored to each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents in daily living activities with compassion
• Observe and report changes in health to nursing staff
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications
• Participate in care plan evaluations and adjustments
• Uphold safety standards to protect residents' well-being
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Long-Term Care experience is an asset
• Proficient in communication and critical thinking
