Elevate the dining experience at Southbridge Care Homes in the Ottawa Region as a part-time Nutrition Specialist. Help create nutritious meals that improve resident wellbeing.
As a Registered Dietitian with Southbridge Care Homes, you will play a vital role in our food and Nutrition Department. Engage with residents and care teams to assess nutritional needs, design care plans, and ensure the delivery of balanced meals. Collaboration with the Food Service Manager will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents
• Collaborate on individualized dietary interventions
• Review and approve seasonal menus for health compliance
• Educate staff and families on nutrition best practices
• Participate in interdisciplinary committees for care improvements
