Qualifications
:
Graduate of an accredited Canadian Occupational Therapy Program or successful completion of Canadian OT certification exam process. Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). Membership in Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists or Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists is an asset. Must have a minimum of one year work experience as an Occupational Therapist. Experience in assessing and working with a pediatric clientele, with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder is necessary; familiarity with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) and mental health experience is an asset. Ability to work independently in a direct and consultative model, as well as a member of a multidisciplinary team is essential.
