As the Real Estate Office Administrator, you will tackle a wide variety of general and specific administrative duties, overall supporting the land development team. Property and lease administration, along with some finance administration.
Coordinating internal and external communications, managing correspondence and various reports, processing invoices for approvals and payment (AP and AR), inputting data in to computer software programs, as well as other general administrative type duties to help the company run efficiently. Building and maintaining positive tenant relationships, maintaining filing systems for tenants and vendors. Lease renewals and rent collection payments.
