Chicago, USA Onsite position.Basic Profile:We are seeking a junior to mid-level role, with 1–3 years preferred in office administration, office coordination, executive/admin support, or sales support.strong with Microsoft Officecan support marketing tasks: decks, event coordination, scheduling, social/calendar support, collateral organization, light CRM/reportingcan support sales tasks: contact lists, CRM updates, meeting coordination, travel/logistics, proposal formatting, follow-up trackingable to work fully onsite in USA, Chicago and start quickly.Must have traits: organized, proactive, polished, detail-oriented, good communicator, comfortable juggling multiple teams.We're open to either:a part-time hourly arrangement (around 4 hours daily), ora temp-to-hire setup with potential for long-term employment.
