Job Description
The Office Coordinator contributes to the delivery of quality services by providing end to end support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office in addition to general front office and administrative duties.
What will you be doing?
Office Coordination
- Submit work orders and schedule repairs for general office space and equipment
- Work with building management to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Monitor and maintain stock levels for the general office areas and lunchroom/tea areas, ordering replacements as required from the relevant suppliers
- Provide a positive front of house service, meet and greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate part of the business, ensuring compliance with visitor management processes
