Ricoh is currently looking for a career‑oriented individual to help supervise the day‑to‑day operations of a specified 1‑3 person site. The Office Coordinator is the point person on site for client issues and contract compliance. In this position you will be responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing related procedures, invoice accounts, interacts with client, assist in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures client expectations are met.
Responsiblilties
- Supervising all account operations including personnel, service vendors and operational systems
- Functions as an OnSite Service Specialist or other operations worker
- Handles formal contact with the client on a daily basis
- Provides training on workflow and machine operations when necessary
- Ensures payroll accuracy by overseeing and correcting all time sheets
