We are seeking a full‑time Office Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who is eager to contribute to a dynamic law firm environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office, administrative, or clerical management
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- Solid organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (phone, email, and in‑person)
- High attention to detail; strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
