About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations. In this hands-on, onsite role, you will manage equipment and asset logistics, support employee onboarding and offboarding, monitor and route shared mailbox requests, and provide end-to-end support for team events.
The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong customer-service mindset to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement and ordering of basic peripherals and office equipment.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment allocation and recovery.
- Manage and maintain asset inventory records and tracking systems.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to or route requests appropriately.
