About the role

We are looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to join a high-security Data Center operation in Quilicura and San Bernardo, Santiago. This role involves continuous monitoring of access control systems, CCTV, and intrusion alarms, as well as incident triage, reporting, and coordination with the client in English. This is a rotating shift position (4×4, 12-hour day/night shifts) with immediate availability required.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring of access control systems, CCTV and intrusion alarms
• Alert triage to determine criticality and coordinate the appropriate response
• Incident management, shift reports and daily activity logs
• Virtual escort coordination, personnel access management and authority transfers
• Communication with client counterpart in English (written and verbal)
• Structured handover report to the next shift operator
