Relief educators can select shifts that suit their availability, ranging from early morning to late afternoon. You will partner with other educators to implement engaging programming aligned with the Flight Framework while ensuring children's safety and well-being. Engaging positively with families is a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement OSC programming collaboratively
• Communicate effectively with families about their children
• Supervise children vigilantly to ensure safety
• Encourage independence in children during activities
• Direct behavior following established policies
Requirements:
• ECE Certification recognized in Alberta
• Valid First Aid Certification
• Recent Clear Police Information Check
