On-Site PCBA Operations & Supply Chain Specialist

Auxis is looking for a hands-on Operational Support Specialist to provide on-site production and supply chain support at a key EMS supplier facility in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role involves serving as the operational liaison between the supplier’s manufacturing team and the client’s U.S.-based operations to ensure production continuity and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing and must be fluent in English and Spanish. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this operational role.
